The Best Pasta Salad You've Ever Had


 

Not only is this pasta salad actually good for your health and take minutes to make, but it is also just about the tastiest pasta salad you've ever tried. Skeptical? Fair enough... try the recipe and then leave us a comment about how your vegan BBQ guests will now never leave:)

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Sesamaise Tahini Creamy Pesto Dip

1 tbsp EVOO

1 cup cooked and cooled whole wheat pasta (we love fusilli but any short pasta will do)

cherry tomatoes, chopped

kalamata olives, chopped

red pepper, roasted and chopped

scallions, chopped

pine nuts or walnuts, toasted

1. Whisk EVOO and Creamy Pesto Dip until incorporated and dressing consistency

2. Toss cooked pasta and vegetables in the dressing

3. Sprinkle with scallions and nuts and serve immediately
