Tahini-Crusted Cauliflower Recipe

This is a great recipe for spicing up boring cauliflower, giving it a crispy and nutty tahini crust that will keep you full and satisfied!


Whole head of cauliflower, boiled until fork tender

Sesamaise Tangy Original Tahini Dip

garlic, sliced



pinenuts (optional)


1. Let the boiled cauliflower cool before sticking slices of garlic between the florets.

2. Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper

3. Spread a generous layer of Tahini Dip over the cauliflower and sprinkle with pinenuts (if using)

4. Roast in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until golden brown
