Plant-Based Tip of the Week #2: Decadent Breakfast "Milkshake"

For this week's tip of the week, we're making a breakfast "milkshake" that is 100% plant-based, but creamy, decadent, sweet and good for your health!

Here's what you need:

1 part tahini

1 part banana

2 parts dairy-free milk of your choice (or coffee drink, for a coffee shake)

2 parts ice

1 date (or more/less depending on how sweet you like it)

pinch of cinnamon and/or cacao powder (for a chocolate shake)

Just put all the ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
